Leadership Team
Mainsail Distribution is comprised of an experienced leadership team who has spent 20+ years in the Senior Care market. This team built a successful internal ancillary services company for 120 skilled nursing and Assisted living communities nationwide from 1992 – 2002.
Debbie Eaton and Jennifer Curtis
In 2003, half of this leadership team, Debbie Eaton and Jennifer Curtis, started a successful Medicare Part B program for over 900 skilled nursing locations in over 40 states. This company had over 25 employees who dealt with skilled nursing locations each day and understood their unique needs and nuances while gathering documents, placing orders, verifying deliveries, and billing primary/secondary insurances.
Mark Eaton and Jake Eaton
The other half of the leadership team, Mark Eaton and Jake Eaton, launched a group purchasing organization (GPO) in 2003. This GPO rapidly grew and began to understand the complications and inefficiencies of the supply chain model for many products for Senior Care Communities. This organization grew from $10 Million in sales in 2003 to north of $1.5 Billion in sales when it was sold in 2013.
Jennifer E. Dyer, PhD.
In addition, the leadership team has brought on a global health expert, Jennifer E. Dyer, PhD, who has worked for various non-profit organizations and traveled the world understanding the barriers of health care delivery worldwide. She brings a unique perspective of how bringing unique and innovative products to the marketplace can have a drastic effect on care for the patients whether in the United States or abroad.
